Okay so, I am currently 2 weeks post-op. I had BBL, Arm Lipo and Areola Reduction this time. Previously, I had a Breast Augmentation with Dr.K and Im very happy with it so I decided to come back and had more work done with him. The swelling is probably the worst on the first week but it's way better after that. I had a around 12 incisions ( including the fat transfer incision ) around my body, but its tiny and easy to manage with some scar cream so nothing to complain here.

Dr K is an artist! I am 2 weeks post op and I couldn’t be happier with my results. I received 450ccs silicone gel implants with a crescent lift. When I went to my consultation with Dr.K, I gave him pictures of exactly what I wanted and he delivered 100% . My results by far exceeded my expectations. Not only did Dr K, produce amazing results, but his bedside manner is exceptional. He treated me like a person and really listened to my concerns. Not once did I ever feel rushed on

This is by far the BEST Plastic Surgeon there is, hands down 5 stars!! I found Dr. K via a search from Google. I typed in "Best Plastic Surgeon in Orange County" and he popped up. I am sooo happy I found him and I went with him! Dont get me wrong I've gone to other consults but something inside me decided to go with him. Hello .... first of all I decided to not blur my face because I am not ashamed of my decision to improve my imperfections caused by four perfect children ?? ! I look amazing in clothes and have learned how to contour my own body by wearing the right garments. Time to take it to the next level and get back to my “Before pregnancy “body I plan to be very vocal and share all of my results. Enjoy my ride ladies . I had previously had a BA from a different doctor however I didn’t get the size I wanted originally and was told I had to wait. A few years later I found Dr. Kalantarian. I went in for my consultation And told him what I was looking for. He was very understanding and helpful with all of my questions. I have had my surgery and am so happy with my results! I’m about a month in and my recovery has been going very well. The staff and Dr. K have been great with my follow up visits

So I am now 11 weeks (almost 3 months) post op from my breast augmentation plus lift. After 2 kids I was deflated. Before kids I would enjoy dressing up and going out. After kids I wasn’t feeling great about how I looked. My breasts really affected how I felt about myself. So after much thought I decided to take that leap and call for a consultation with Dr. K. His reviews were great on every site I could find. His location was close by so that follow up visits wouldn’t be hard.

Extremely Happy!! Dr. K is definitely awesome with his work, I had a BA with Dr. K & his work far exceeded my expectations, I LOOK GREAT, I look GOOD :) & it’s only been no more than a month since my surgery. Dr. K was so patient, so kind & listened to all my questions as well as all my concerns & he deffinetly adressed each one of them accordingly. I'm a 32 year old mother of 1. I could never "fill out" the smallest cup size of a bra. I just always thought I was small chested but it was more than that. I realized that when I tried to breast feed my daughter but never produced enough milk. Dr K confirmed what I thought- all my life I had been living with tubular breasts.
