I had a full tt w lipo and muscle repair 2 years ago. When standing I feel pretty satisfied, although when sitting I expected a more slim and tight look. I feel like I have a lot of xtra skin/fat remaining. Please let me know your opinion on whether I'm a good candidate for revision. And if so...which type of revision????? Thank you for your time.

Answer: Revision abdominoplasty? Thank you for your pictures. Your skin will have some looseness when you're in a sitting position. In a standing position your abdominal contour is good. You may benefit from a little Liposuction of your abdominal wall to improve your results. Also keeping a stable weight would be helpful if that is an issue.

Answer: Tummy tuck revision In my opinion no one can give you meaningful advice as to a particular procedure that may suit you best; you should be seen by your plastic surgeon for such. There are many relevent variables - are you at your goal weight, what is your skin elasticity, etc. Your best option may be weight loss, liposuction, revision abdominoplasty, or some combination of the three.
