Based on your photo, it is a bit challenging to confirm the need for a Facelift, it would be helpful to see a profile (side) view to get a better idea of gravitational issues. I do have a few suggestions though. One thought is that you may be a great candidate to continue injectables, however your injector may not be utilizing enough filler to provide full correction based on your aesthetic goals. Another thought is certainly exploring the idea of a Deep Plane Facelift to provide you with the absolute best result, should you be a candidate. I assume you are referring to the Phenol Croton oil peel when you say Bensi peel?In my opinion, no other peel come close to obtaining the result of a phenol croton oil chemical peel, and I say that with experience with  lasers, TCA and dermabrasion- all modalities to accomplish skin resurfacing.All skin resurfacing has one thing in common. Depth of injury correlates with result as well as down time. Going to superficial will not give the optimal result for wrinklier pigmentary correction, and going to deep runs the risk of scarring and prolonged time for healing.TCA, in some hands can be quite effective for pigment changes and potentially wrinkle correction.The most important ingredient is the experience of the person performing your skin resurfacing with the agent they are most comfortable using. In my case, this happens to be Phenol/ croton oil.

Based one your photos and VECTRA dimensional analysis you should get a nice result from a breast augmentation. In our office we select several different implants and the corresponding predicted post VECTRA result which is fairly accurate and realistic. I don't see this post shot in your photos. Based on your dimensions, around a 13 cm diameter implant will respect your anatomy. Either a medium or high profile silicone implant will give a nice result. If you choose a high profile, I back the dimension down some to accommodate for the extra projection. It sounds like you have all of the information you need to finalize your decision- Dimensional planning, and VECTRA analysis. The only other thing I would recommend is a sizing appointment, where you actually try on the selected implant and see how it looks in front of a full length mirror. With regards to dual plane- Everyone does a dual plane technique, so don't let this confuse you. Good luck!

An breast implant provides more volume to the breast, giving a larger breast. A breast lift helps to reshape the breast. If you are happy with your breast shape and wants more volume, then put in an implant only. You can always get a lift as a second stage. Once you decide what bothers you, the decision is easy.To my eye, you would get the best result with a breast implant as  well as a breast lift.

An areola lift to reduce the areola diameter on the RIGHT as well as a an implant on the R to give more upper pole fullness to match the L side, should get your breasts closer in symmetry. 

I agree with my colleagues responses. Research your doctor and make sure he is a board certified Plastic Surgeon. You can go to plastic surgery.org or the American Board of Plastic Surgery to check any legitimately trained Plastic Surgeon. If you have confidence in the doctor, you can proceed with his offer as it sounds like he is trying to help- just make sure he is properly trained and knows how to perform a full tummy tuck procedure. If your procedure was performed in a hospital or certified facility, then by law he must meet the proper requirements to have privileges to perform the procedure. Good Luck!

In my opinion you would get the best result with a mastopexy or breast lift, as a significant amount of your breast tissue is below the breast crease. Your doctor should review the different types of breast lift procedures with you.  A areola lift would not be adequate in my opinion to give the best result. Your body art will also need to be considered as it will likely be affected by these decisions. Good luck!

It is normal to have some selling that persists and worsens throughout the day for the first few months after an abdominoplasty procedure. If you feel that there is fluid moving around , you could have a serous fluid collection that could be aspirated. It would be best to follow up with your surgeon for evaluation.Good luck!

I don't think a reverse TT would be appropriate in your case. This is a surgery reserved for very unique circumstances and most often requires a scar across the midline in the cleavage area which can be objectionable to most patients.A full abdominoplasty would be the best choice based on your photos in my opinion.Good luck!
