Posting here because I don’t think the photos they took in the office do his work justice… I think their flash is too bright and you can’t see the wrinkles under my eyes before or the volume loss in the cheeks very well.

I got a facial fat transfer to my face because of a weight loss I had 10 years ago that sucked the structure out of my face.

I’m extremely happy with the results. Consult was short with enough to be imagined, however he sounded like he knew what he was talking about and his reviews spoke for themselves (although there weren’t many fat transfer ones which is why I’m writing this review). He told me I needed fat transfer to other areas of my face and not just under my eyes, and he did an amazing job- truly a body artist.

He did mention many people get more than one fat transfer because the body can reabsorb, and I believe I’ll likely get another at some point in my life, but I am thrilled with current results and will allow more aging etc to happen before I go for anything more.

Staff is friendly, you can tell it’s a busy practice. Surgery was seamless. He filled as much fat in as he could, face was pretty swollen for 2 weeks, most of the bruising was gone in 5 days although I had a tad lingering golden like bruising for about a month under my eye.

All after photos are 3+ month after healing, so swelling is gone and all the fat that absorbs is already absorbed and this is the permanent result.

10/10 would recommend him for fat transfer

Today, I visited Blackhawk Plastic Surgery for the first time. It's a very nice facility with a friendly and helpful staff. I had HydraFacial treatment done, which is something I'd wanted to experience for a while now. Lia did a terrific job! My skin feels very smooth. I feel as if a layer of my old, dull skin was removed and a new rejuvenated skin was revealed. Lia guided me through every step of the treatment and answered every question I had. She's a pretty knowledgeable esthetician and a pleasure to talk to. She also educated me about various products that would work for my skin. I left Blackhawk Plastic Surgery in a great mood feeling beautiful and pampered and would like to return for another HydraFacial in a month or two. I highly recommend this treatment at Blackhawk Plastic Surgery!

Dr. Ronan and his staff are very professional. They cater to personal needs and desire. I highly recommend the beauty plan. As a result I have been able to maintain a youthful complexion and rarely wear makeup.

I had surgery at black hawk plastic surgery with Dr Ronin on August 24, 2020. I had 3 previous breast surgery and the doctors couldn't fix my breast right. I decided to pay the money and had Dr.Ronin fix them. I had capsulor surgery along with the lift and implant. That's why my procedure cost more. It's worth the money and I'm satisfied with my results. His staff are very respectful and I didn't feel uncomfortable. My coordinator Brette was very sweet, she was able to answer my questions and always available when I needed her. I had a great experience with black hawk plastic surgery and I recommend them. I appreciate the multiple doctor office checkup also.

Dr.Ronan is the Artist in Residence for the Temple of my Spirit. I have been his patient for more than 15 years. His bedside manner and his staff are wonderful.
