I have a ver disproportionate body. I am 5’5”, 165 lbs. I am very top heavy (boobs, shoulders, back, tummy) But very straight. I have no hips or butt. I would like a BBL to make my waist/flanks smaller then add to my hips and butt to make them bigger, more of an hour glass shape. I also have a hump on my back/lower neck that I have gotten looked at, but really hate for aesthetic reasons. Is it possible to get liposuction on that and that be used for the BBL as well? Thanks for any guidance
