I did my BBL October 2021. I was healing properly till I started feeling a lump on my butt. How do I get rid of this?

The lump was initially a bit painful but not anymore. It’s been 3 weeks or so and now I’m getting worried. I’m currently try unable to reach my doctor as I moved to another country. I currently weigh 83kg . Please help on how to get rid of this without any surgery. Thank you

Hello @Giving379809 thank you for your question. Any kind of abnormality about the process must be analyzed, because there is no way to have a treatment if you are not clear about what is going on. The first step may be to do an ultrasound of the area. I suggest you consult one or several board certified plastic surgeon for more information and options tailored specifically to your needs. A lump following a BBL can be due to what we call a "blow out" which is caused by too much fat being placed in one spot. This leads to fat dying out and forming a lump which will get worse with time. Please consider a virtual consultation with a high definition specialist to find out what you need to do next but it will require surgery if this is what you have.

You should follow up with your provider. If that person is not available then you need to find another plastic surgeon in your community to give you an assessment. I don’t think there’s a nonsurgical treatment to what you described.
