Will a facelift work to address jowls, double chin and volume loss?

I am wondering what procedure would address sagging cheeks, jowels that run from nose to chin and double chin. Along with an uneven smile. Everything feels like it's sinking downwards. Also the under eye as well. I feel I look much older than I should. Please advise

Based on your pictures, I would personally try dermal fillers and Botox. Dermal fillers can help restore volume to the cheeks, reduce the appearance of sagging, and improve facial symmetry. They can also be used to address under-eye concerns by filling in hollow areas or reducing the appearance of dark circles while Botox can be used to relax specific muscles in the face, reducing the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. They can also be used to correct an uneven smile caused by muscle imbalances.

Renuva can also be an option. The Renuva Adipose Matrix is composed of processed human adipose tissue, which contains a mixture of cells, proteins, and growth factors that help to stimulate new tissue growth and promote the regeneration of fat cells. Your particular combination of concerns is exactly how the aging process unfolds for a majority of patients - you are not alone! To get technical, an extended deep plane lower face and neck lift with deep neck sculpting/platysmaplasty would address a majority of your concerns. Your surgeon may also suggest a lower lid blepharoplasty to improve the undereye area. These procedures are unlikely to help with an uneven smile.

Yes, a facelift will help lift the cheeks and jowls. It is challenging to make an asymmetric smile more symmetric with a facelift. To address the undereye, this usually requires a lower eyelid blepharoplasty combined with fat grafting and/or a chemical peel. I would recommend finding A REAL PLASTIC SURGEON with experience in facial procedures. This means that the person completed 6-7 years of actual plastic surgery training (not a "facial plastic surgeon"). Best of luck!
