I lost 100 lbs, and wound up with a turkey neck, deflated and tired look and jowls. I decided to have a facelift after trying a few less invasive skin tightening procedures My face always had a perfect heart shape, cheek definition nice chin and jaw. Since having a deep plane facelift, my face looks more round, I have a prominent mound around my mouth, my mouth corners havent lifted at all, and my chin looks small and pulled. My eyes look pulled sideways/down. I look awful. What can I do??
