Dr. Sitapara is amazing. He is patient and very genuine. He has a very pleasant spirit. I explained my situation and he knew what to do. He was very gentle during my procedure. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. He did not try to take advantage of me in efforts to obtain more money. I experienced that prior to choosing him. He focused directly on my concerns. Dr. Sitapara did not disappoint. I am very happy with my results. His staff is amazing as well. They were very welcoming from the time I walked in. When I met Dr. Sitapara I was very discouraged with my under eyes, skin texture, saggy jawline and fine lines. He recommended Morpheus8 with PRP. I had 3 treatments within 3 months and I’m already so much happier. I no longer feel like I have to wear a lot of concealer to hide the thinning skin under my eyes. Dr. Sitapara is a gem of a doctor and has a wonderfully warm bedside manner. He injected my cheekbones last week to combat some volume loss and he was so gentle and checked in with me multiple times during the process to make sure it was pain free. I am extremely happy with the results of my deep plane face lift and neck lift surgery that was done in Sept of 2022. As of result of extreme weight loss my face and neck had “dropped “drastically leaving me with very bad sagging jowls and a “turkey neck”. From the moment I made my appointment the staff was courteous and friendly. The Patient Coordinator, Kelly, contacted me very quickly and was very informative about next steps needed to proceed. From my very first appointment for consultation Dr. Sitapara was very friendly and approachable. He took his time to examine me and explain where the incisions would be and gave me very realistic expectations of the results. The results far exceeded my expectations. I LOVE my much more youthful appearance and so does my family and friends. The follow up process was very thorough as well. I have had multiple follow up appointments to make sure things were still healing properly. He never once pushed additional procedures that I didn’t mention like other surgical consultations I’ve had in the past. I am so happy I chose Dr. Sitapara for my deep plane face lift, neck lift, and lower blepharoplasty. I look 20 years younger, my results are natural, and I have my confidence back. I had two surgical consults. I was referred to CCFPS by a friend. I looked up Dr. Sitapara's work on IG and was super impressed by what I viewed. I immediately scheduled a consultation and was able to get my procedure scheduled within a two-month timeframe. I had a smooth, quick recovery thanks to his skilled handiwork! I did experience discomfort on day 1-3, but that was to be expected, and it was not overwhelming. Dr. Sitapara checked in on me and soothed my concerns the first night of surgery. He reassured me that my discomfort was temporary, and it totally was! I absolutely LOVE my results already, and I'm only a little over a month post-op! If you are contemplating on whether or not you should go to him for your procedure, then consider this confirmation that you most certainly should. He's the BEST!

Great experience!! I am a 47-year old female and noticed these past years that I’ve been getting a flabby looking turkey neck. I missed the days of having a firm jawline. I read through these Real Self reviews and decided to select Dr Sitapara as my surgeon. He is amazing and I would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone wanting this procedure. My recovery has been fairly easy. I took a week off work and am certain that will be enough time. I’ll update my “after” photos for everyone. Updated on 19 Sep 2022: Day 6 photo — a little uncomfortable but not unbearable. Also, a couple of recommendations: get Tums & stool softeners. The pain meds will likely constipate you, as I was. The Tums are for the evening after your surgery. I was nauseous and the Tums really helped calm my stomach. Updated on 19 Sep 2022: Dr Sitapara’s staff were so helpful and kind to me. And Laurie (or Lauren, sorry I don’t remember) the surgery nurse at the SurgCenter in Silver Spring was wonderful. She took great care of me before and after the surgery.

Wow! Seriously wow. I went to Dr. Sitapara with such low self esteem about my appearance. I had just hit 60, and my lower face and neck really aged me. It became so noticeable during Zoom calls. I hated seeing myself on the video. After two consultations, I scheduled my deep plane facelift. Of course I was nervous. But, on the morning of the surgery Dr. Sitapara, the anesthesiologist, and nurse made me feel very relaxed. I had the surgery performed under light sedation, not anesthesia. I don’t remember anything about the surgery, and there was absolutely no pain. Overall, the facelift is not painful. That night, I went home with a full wrap. The next day, I went into the office to have the wrap removed, and was amazed at the results. That first week, there was some swelling and bruising, but no pain. The results only improved over the coming weeks. I told very few people about the surgery, and most people didn’t notice anything different about me. A few friends or colleagues asked me if I changed my hair or lost weight. They noticed something about me was different, but they couldn’t put their finger on it. The results are 100% natural looking. I still look like myself, just my younger self. Dr. Sitapara far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a facelift procedure. He gave me my confidence back!
