My PS is recommending an internal mesh Galaflex. I am currently AA cup and looking for 250cc- 275cc under the muscle. I do not have saggy breasts. I never heard of mesh and I am afraid it will be painful and detectable to the touch.

I advise patients to not smoke 1 month before and 1 month after surgery. You are at risk for complications with smoking. Most of all, you want to have a trusting relationship with your doctor. They can help you more if they know you are smoking.
This question is best answered by your surgeon as protocols vary. A small amount of steroid injected may not be an issue depending how far out in March your surgery is scheduled, but it's recommended to discuss with your surgeon.
