I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

I encourage you to return to your surgeon to discuss your concerns. If the same sized implants were used you should have the same amount of asymmetry as before surgery. Unless they were surgically altered during your procedure, your folds should remain where they were preoperatively.

You appear to have developed a capsule. Your tissue might respond to oral Accolate and external ultrasound treatments. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon.
