Next week i have a surgery (breast augmentation).doctor told me 6 weeks before you shouldnt be smoking including vaping. I am a non smoker never been addicted to smoking(just a few) But i am vaping cause i just like the flavour, boredom etc. I didnt listen to my doctors advice and just quit vaping today. Now i regret it thinking how it will affect my surgery and complications. Am i more at risk, As smokers body is already used to nicotine and there body may not be sensitive as mine?

This question is best answered by your surgeon as protocols vary. A small amount of steroid injected may not be an issue depending how far out in March your surgery is scheduled, but it's recommended to discuss with your surgeon.
Thank you for your question and photograph.
Especially in a thin person with a small amount of breast tissue, placing breast implants on top of the muscle risks visibility of implant and he round "pasted on" to appearance.
Placing the implants under the chest muscle will give you a more...
I encourage you to return to your surgeon to discuss your concerns. If the same sized implants were used you should have the same amount of asymmetry as before surgery. Unless they were surgically altered during your procedure, your folds should remain where they were preoperatively.
