Natural look breasts - over the muscle subglandular?

With less than 2cm of soft tissue in the upper pole, I would advise going under the muscle. The photos look like less than 2cm. If you go above, the look with be like an implant under skin. Going below the muscle, is a more natural look in your case. Under the muscle, you will want to avoid exercises that activate the pectoralis muscle. If you use the muscle a lot, you will likely need a revision sooner.

Considering that you do not have musch of gland and fat tissue in your breasts, subglandular augmentation will not be appropriate for you. Sunmascular placement of implant would be a better sulution, in your case. Good luck.

I almost always place implants submuscular. It lowers the rate of capsular contracture significantly. In addition, it looks much more natural because the muscle provides covering over the implant so its not as round on the top. I've also noticed the implants drop less over time when they are protected under the muscle.

If you are wanting a natural look it's often best to have a submuscular placement. As you are thin framed, this will also provide coverage by the muscle for the upper portion of the implant. You can still actively lift weights with either placement once you have fully healed from surgery and been cleared to return to exercise by your surgeon.

Going behind the muscle will give better coverage to the implants and less of the round ball look. However, you will have some muscle flexion present when the muscle is used. A "D" cup may look more fake since you don't have a lot of breast tissue to hide the implant.

Especially in a thin person with a small amount of breast tissue, placing breast implants on top of the muscle risks visibility of implant and he round "pasted on" to appearance.

Placing the implants under the chest muscle will give you a more natural result, a less visible implant, and less risk of capsular contracture, scarring which can make the implant firm.

Many very active women who exercise, lift weights do aerobics and other forms of exercise have implants underneath the chest muscle without difficulty. Modern techniques including the "no touch" technique the implant under the muscle have improved results significantly.
