I went for consultations to different doctors. The 1st advices not to do tummy tuck breast reduction& lift in the same surgery because of my high BMI and blood pressure medicine. The 2nd (more experienced) suggests tummy tuck breast reduction& lift, lipo flanks & chin & fat transfer to hip dips in 1 surgery which will last 4.30 hrs. I'm 82kg, 159cm, BMI 33, 38 years old. 1kid 10 years old (natural delivery). BP medicine Tritace 5mg, 1 tablet/ day. I am confused.

Answer: Mommy Makeover It is difficult to answer this without examining you and reviewing your complete medical history. Safety is the number one priority in surgery. The recommended BMI for elective plastic surgery is 30 or under. Those above this threshold may experience higher risk of complications such as poor wound healing, seroma, or infection in addition to sub-optimal results. This does not exclude you from the procedures, but must be taken into consideration. Having high blood pressure does not exclude you from having these procedures but it must be well controlled and depending on the situation, may require clearance from a specialist.
