Would I see results if I get breast augmentation with lipo, or do I need a reverse tummy tuck?

Hi! The difference between liposuction and TT is the removal of excess skin and muscle repair done during the TT and not during liposuction. Therefore, if you have loose skin and muscle laxity from previous pregnancies, the best surgery for you would be a TT. If like you said, you don't have too much loose skin then you may be able to get an improved contour with breast lift/augmentation and liposuction to the abdomen. Hope this helped!

I am not a fan of the reverse tummy tuck, especially if you want a breast lift. the tuck just usually pulls the breast down. A regular tummy tuck works much better and much longer. Go visit with a plastic surgeon.

An in person examination is needed to know for sure but based on your description you may have the best result from a lift with implants and either a standard tummy tuck or liposuction. Few patients are good candidates for the reverse tummy tuck, but an evaluation during your consultation will reveal what is recommended to help you get the results you desire.

Hello and greetings from Turkey. Even though liposuction and tummy tuck are considered body contouring surgeries, they both have different affect on the specific indications. While tummy tuck removes the excess skin on the tummy are and tighten up the stomach muscles, Liposuction only removes the extra fat tissue which located skin and the muscle. Basically liposuction has no affect on the sagging skin tissue. As far as I understand from your message, your main concern is the sagging skin tissue not the extra fat. Saggy and loose tummy skin can be seen after massive weight loss and pregnancy. Tummy tuck is the best way to get rid of the excess skin.
