I need a lift with implants, and also considering a reverse tummy tuck- I don’t have a lot of loose skin but I do have some stubborn abdominal fat from previous pregnancies. Would I see results with lipo with the breast lift, or would I have to do the reverse tummy tuck?
Answer: Surgery I am not a fan of the reverse tummy tuck, especially if you want a breast lift. the tuck just usually pulls the breast down. A regular tummy tuck works much better and much longer. Go visit with a plastic surgeon.

Answer: Breast augmentation with lipo Breast augmentation combined with liposuction can certainly produce noticeable results, especially if you're aiming for changes in both the breasts and the body's contour. Liposuction targets specific areas of fat deposits, enhancing body contours, while breast augmentation focuses on enhancing breast size and shape. However, a reverse tummy tuck might be considered if your concern is primarily related to excess skin or laxity in the upper abdomen. A reverse tummy tuck focuses on addressing the upper abdomen, tightening and improving the appearance of the skin above the belly button. The choice between a reverse tummy tuck and other procedures depends on your specific goals and the areas you want to target. For example: Breast Augmentation with Liposuction: Ideal if you want to enhance breast size and contour areas of unwanted fat. Reverse Tummy Tuck: Suitable if your main concern is excess skin or laxity in the upper abdomen, especially above the belly button. The best approach would be to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon. They will assess your concerns, discuss your desired outcomes, and recommend the most appropriate procedures to achieve your goals effectively. They can also provide insights into whether combining procedures or focusing on one area at a time would be more beneficial for your desired results.

Answer: Would I see results if I get breast augmentation with lipo, or do I need a reverse tummy tuck? Thanks for your question. It is difficult to provide a proper evaluation without any pictures. I suggest uploading pictures of your front and side to provide proper advice. Make sure your surgeon you choose has extensive experience with Skinny BBLs and clean credentials. Always consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Take care, Moises Salama MD, Board Certified Plastic

Answer: It all depends! Hi! The difference between liposuction and TT is the removal of excess skin and muscle repair done during the TT and not during liposuction. Therefore, if you have loose skin and muscle laxity from previous pregnancies, the best surgery for you would be a TT. If like you said, you don't have too much loose skin then you may be able to get an improved contour with breast lift/augmentation and liposuction to the abdomen. Hope this helped!

Answer: Considering procedures An in person examination is needed to know for sure but based on your description you may have the best result from a lift with implants and either a standard tummy tuck or liposuction. Few patients are good candidates for the reverse tummy tuck, but an evaluation during your consultation will reveal what is recommended to help you get the results you desire.
