I had a deep plane facelift, neck lift, and extremely complex removal of Sculpture granulomas with Dr. Kaveh Alizadeh, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Several surgeons refused to touch my case, but Dr. Alizadeh was the only one willing to help — and he did so with exceptional skill and genuine compassion. He also performed precise fat grafting using my own abdominal fat, and the results already show his remarkable attention to detail. His entire team is warm, professional, and incredibly supportive. I'm absolutely stunned this is my body. I've been wearing spanx for 18 years to hold up my apron belly. Sometimes id wear the waist cincher, with spanx underwear and spanx undershirt ALL AT SAME TIME. I was so embarassed and uncomfortable with all that extra skin after having my first child (emergency csection) and had to always creatively hide under my clothing. I will never ever have to do that again and I'm forever grateful to Dr Alizadeh and his team l. He's an artist! I'm 5'3 and 153 lbs day of surgery. Had extended tummy tuck with muscle repair, hernia repair and lipo. Approximately 10lbs removed. Currently weigh 142 lbs.

I recently had an upper eyelid procedure with Dr. Alizadeh and was happy with the care I received and professionalism of the office staff. The recovery time was slightly longer than I expected but I'm happy that I no longer have droopy eyelids and sagging skin. My eyelids appear more even and I'm loving a more refreshed look.
