36 f. Had implants over 12 years ago which since the birth of my child have grown to be a 36GG. Very uncomfortable. I also cannot shift the weight from my stomach and have diastasis. I would like an explant and lift but don’t know if I’d need new implants? I also want to know if I’d be a good candidate to have the TT , MR and 360 lipo on my back and also thighs etc.

Answer: Considering options From your photos it appears you would be a good candidate for the procedures that you mentioned. The implants can be removed and downsized to a volume that is more comfortable, or they can be removed without replacement. A tummy tuck will repair the diastasis and remove excess skin. The liposuction would help contour and enhance your natural curves. The next step is to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation.

Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method and tummy tuck and then liposuction I would begin with your breasts. I recommend explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. At the same time or later, a tummy tuck can be performed. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. The safe operation time is 6 hours. After these have been completed, you can consider liposuction. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
