I had a jejunum feeding tube when I was younger and the scar is still there and somewhat reactive to my digestive movements. Meaning it pulls in slightly based on if I've not eaten or movement through digestive track. I want to get a bbl with 360 lipo and wonder if that would cause an issue or complication. I no longer have the tube just the scar. Would I require another procedure to address that before the BBL or is it not an issue?

Answer: BBL candidate Dear Skyebox, It is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like your scar is indented so you can probably get a liposuction around it to harvest enough fat. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Previous feeding tube and BBL Thanks for writing,To have a 360 lipo for a BBL. You need to be throughly evaluated for scars, hernias and even a piece of the jejunum stuck to the skin from below. This can is a big deal if bowel tissue is injured. A Board Certified Plastic Surgeon will know how to proceed, what studies to obtain and what consults are necessary to ensure the safest and best results. Good luckStephen M.
