What could cause sudden red, itchy bruise looking spot on breast? (photos)

Thanks Anglez13 for your question . While it's important to consider breast implant-related issues, there are several more common causes for a sudden, red, itchy patch on your breast. Here are a few possibilities:
-Eczema is a common skin disorder that results in skin that is dry, itchy, and irritated.
-Allergic Reaction: A reaction to a new product, medication, or substance that irritates your skin.
-Insect bite may result in a red, itchy area on one side.
-Infection: Redness, itching, and swelling may be symptoms of a bacterial or fungal infection.
Problems Associated with Breast Implants:
-Capsular Contracture: This occurs when scar tissue forms around the implant, leading to pain, shape changes, and skin irritation.
-Implant Rupture: An uncommon problem in which the implant leaks, sometimes leading to discomfort and inflammation.
If you have any of the following symptoms, it's importantl to see your doctor as soon as possible: persistent or increasing redness, itching, discomfort, or discharge from your nipples; changes in the look of your nipples; fever or flu-like symptoms; or lumps or thickening in your breast tissue.
To identify the underlying cause of your symptoms, your doctor can conduct a physical examination and, if required, prescribe tests, biopsy depending the exam.

Definitely follow up with your PCP or dermatologist.  This does not appear to be a problem with your implants but instead a topical (skin-only) issue.  Best of luck.

Not much can be said based on a picture alone.  Seems like an abrasion or a reaction to something.  If this does not improve over the next few days or seems to be getting worse, let your surgeon know.
