I can feel a bit of tightness but no pain. I haven't taken any pain meds. I had them over the muscle so know there is less pain with that. Maybe I am still under the influence of the drip (twilight anaesthetic and pain relief)? Should I expect pain tomorrow and take meds just in case?

Answer: No pain after breast augmentation Congratulations on your breast augmentation, and that you're feeling no pain! Some patients do not experience any pain after surgery, and it sounds like this is the case for you. Do not take the pain medication if you don't need to, and make sure to still take it easy.

Answer: Pain level after breast augmentation HelloCongratulations on having breast augmentation and also on having no pain! Your pain level (or lack thereof) is probably more related to the above the muscle placement and long-acting pain medication than having had the surgery under twilight. In our practice we have many patients who hardly use their prescribed pain medication. But, most of all, don't try to do too much because you feel no pain. Follow your surgeon's recommendations carefully for the best possible result.
