Areolar reduction with fat graft augmentation? (Photo)

Question

I am currently deflated B cup. I am happy with the created cleavage wearing a bra, but I hate my aereola! When my nipples erect they shrink to pencil erasers, and my breast gets firm and perky - I love the look and feel when they do this! I've been quoted for peri-aereolar "lift", and per-aereolar "reduction" on multiple consultations. Almost no doctor will do the aereola reduction COMBINED fat grafting? This answer will aid as my final factor in deciding the winning surgeon! What do you think?

To start off, I do 6-8 fat grafting procedures per week so I am extremely experienced and know what type of results you can expect. Fat graft for the breasts can be a great procedure.....BUT NOT FOR YOU. I am 100% confident that you will be disappointed with the results, even if you find a gat graft expert.  You would do better with implants. I recommend using Natrelle style anatomic implants. These will give you the most natural results and give an appearance that you probably thing fat grafting will give you. Not every board certified plastic surgeon is credentialed to use these implants, so make sure you find one who is. I think that this will give you the best results.

Nobody is talking about fat grafting not because it doesn't go with areola reduction, but because the results are not that great.  Fat grafting will give you minimal increase in cup size.  Implants are much simple, easier, more reliable way of adding volume to your breasts.

Thank you for your picture. I am not a fan of fat grafting for breasts.  Especially, when there is ptosis. Grafted in these situations does not give you stable reproducible volumes over time. You are best serves with by a breast augmentation and periareolar lift to improve your size and shape.

IT IS NOT A CONTEST! I do areolar reduction with lipo + fat grafting to breasts. Your only limitation is the amount of transferrable fat you have..
