My surgery was on March 15th. I didn’t feel any pain , never used the prescribed pain medication. (Only 2 times was Advil taken) I’m really happy with my results so far :) The first week was weird , I felt like I wearing two heavy hard rock on my chest …. My left breast healing faster, and now I have a little asymmetry, but I was told it’s normal during the healing time . They are still numb and heavy most of the time ( I hope this feeling get solved soon) Updated on 26 Jun 2024: I can’t believe they are already 3 months old :) No pain at all, my nipples still numb, but it’s not bother me anymore. I love them :) Hoping they get closer to each other sooner or later. My husband loves to play with them so much, and always asked why I didn’t get them sooner :) My only problem is I can’t find sexy bra in my size!!!!!!!!!! lol So it’s anyone know any store where I should looking please let me know!!!!! :) :) :) :) :) :)
I’m 2 (almost 3) days post op and I’m truly so happy with my results so far. I know that they’re still swollen and will change I’ve the next few months, but I wanted to add some photos on here. After having 2 kids, my natural DDs turned into saggy sacs that made me feel depressed. I knew I needed a lift, but I also decided to get implants as well after discussing my desired results with Dr. Levine. He was great at explaining everything and gave me all my options. Surgery was done at clinic 360, and I was so impressed there! All the staff was so friendly and comforting. The anesthesiologist was great too. I was so nervous because this was my first surgery, but they made for a great experience. I went to see him to remove my drains 2 days later and I got to see under my dressing and they look so good! I attached my before and after pic, you could really see how much better they look. I go on Monday to get my stitches removed. His patient care coordinator Christy has been very helpful and available. I was able to text to to schedule all my post op appointments, and she texted me the night before surgery to confirm my times and such. I’m going to come back here to update with the full results and better photos in 2 months
I first had my BA back in 2015 By Dr. Levine and I couldn't have been any happier. Fast forward to 2020 where I heard that my textured implants had a recall so I immediately went to speak about my options with Dr Levine. Hes always had great bedside manners and is super down to earth so I opted to have mine replaced and again....They are perfect and I love them. I recovered soooo fast and with zero issues.Dr. Levine is fantastic and I totally trust him and have referred a few gfs to him already.
I have had 9 babies and had extensive muscle damage. I worked out 5-6 days a week and could never get the stomach area to heal. Spent lots of money on physio, eating programs, workout programs etc-all failed the tummy area. When I finally did some research into the benefits of a tummy tuck and understood how diastasis recti can impact my appearance, I booked a consult. Dr Levine expressed that no amount of work or physiotherapy would correct my diastasis and that there was quite a bit of skin that could be removed-'about a foot' he said at my consult. I was happy that he answered the list of questions I came in with, even if some were a little weird. He seemed very invested in his result and his record of surgery was over 30 years. The office was nice but small. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. On surgery day I was #2. My assigned pre/post op nurse was amazing and realistic. She answered all of my last minute questions and did an amazing job looking after me in the recovery space. They called me the day after surgery to see how I was. I was extremely sick from the anesthesia and vomited for hours afterwards. When I spoke with the nurse the next morning, she assured me that it was a normal thing and that I 'didn't wreck my tummy tuck'. My recovery has been very good. I followed his orders not to remove the binder until I saw him at 5 days post op. He removed my drains on day 5 and day 7. I saw him in office at day 5, 7, and week 3. I have had some swelling, but nothing I would consider major. My incision is healing nicely as is my belly button at almost 5 weeks post op. Updated on 24 Nov 2020: Before and weeks 3, 5 & 6 post op. Recovery has been fantastic. I've had moments of soreness, but I adjust what I am doing to help. I've had consistent lymphatic massages and more recently started 'cupping' to break up the scar tissue.
Wonderful staff, perfect timing, i felt very safe, i was given time to think things through, i understand what was explained to me on the day of my consultation. Everything went smoothly. Thank you Dr. Levine.
Dr Levine is the best! I am beyond satisfied with the results of my breast augmentation! I wasn't sure if I would be happy with the size I was getting, but Dr Levine made me feel confident and at the end this was the perfect size Dr Levine had picked for me!! I would highly recommend him for a breast augmentation.
I had a BR at the beginning of June /18. The procedure and recovery was exactly as explained. I am healing very well and was quite surprised with how little pain and discomfort I had. I am thrilled with the results, my breasts have never felt of looked better and the best part is no more rashes! Dr. Levine is a very skilled surgeon and a really nice person, as is Christy, his office administrator. She has always been so helpful and efficient whenever I had an inquiry or concern. Dr. Levine truly is the best!
I have complete confidence in Dr. Levine and recommend him without reservation following two experiences as his patient: the first at St. Joseph’s Hospital for emergency care and day surgery to treat facial fractures incurred in an accident and then, a year later, at his private clinic for elective surgery (abdominoplasty). In both instances Dr. Levine was thorough, attentive and thoughtful - from my initial consultation and throughout my recovery. His assistant Christy, who is responsive, helpful and encouraging, also provided outstanding care. I had considered abdominoplasty for many years but was hesitant, as it is major surgery. I proceeded with Dr. Levine based on my first experience with him and his credentials as a professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Toronto and Director of Post-Graduate Surgery. I am grateful for the care Dr. Levine provided following my accident and delighted with the results of my abdominoplasty. I welcome this opportunity to recommend him highly to others.
Dr. Levine has been absolutely wonderdul. I am 7 days post-op and cannot say anything bad about my experience with him. I had a breast reduction and full tummy tuck during the same operation. What he said was what he did. He made sure to be available to answer any questions I had and was very reassuring. Highly recommend Dr. Levine and Christy! What a team!
So I just booked my mommy makeover with Dr Levine. Scheduled for Dec 5th and I am a mix of excited, scared and optimistic. I chose Dr Levine because he listened, answered all my questions and I liked his suggestions. Going with a TT, breast lift with small implants and lipo. I will post some before pics and will definitely post throughout my journey. Updated on 23 Nov 2017: So I am just under 2 weeks out until my TT and breast lift with implants. I paid for the surgery yesterday and did the blood work on Tuesday. My big day is Dec 5,2017. Going in at 5’6” about 184lbs. I wear a size 10 usually. I am getting nervous but am very excited. Anyone have any tips or must do’s before the big day? I feel confident in Dr Levine’s hands:) Updated on 10 Dec 2017: So I am 5 days post op here is how my recovery and experiences have been. Day of surgery- dec 5th I was nervous and arrived at the 360 clinic in Toronto at 8:30am. Was met by amazing staff, nurses and Dr Levine. All worked hard to put me at ease. Dr Levine marked me up and I went in for surgery. Everything went well and I was very impressed with the facilities. After the surgery I was very groggy but the nurses were amazing and put a heating blanket on me and helped me in recovery. I left to go home around 6pm. Slept most of the 2hr drive home but was comfortable and got home and went to bed. I made sure to take the pain meds every 4 hrs as prescribed and my hubby helped me with emptying drains and getting in and out of bed. Post op day 1- Wednesday Most of Wednesday was me just sleeping on and off in bed. I kept taking my meds every 4 hrs and emptying drains . Pain was totally manageable. Christy from dr Levine’s office called to make sure I was ok. Post op day 2-Thursday Similar to Wednesday. Started to decrease on the pain meds. Friday/Saturday This is where I really started to turn the corner. Stopped all pain meds besides Tylenol. Swelling started to go down. I didn’t need a nap :) really started to feel like myself again. Overall- Pain - less then I was expecting BM- definitely take the stool softeners asap Swelling- temporary and started to reduce quickly Dr Levine- amazing, caring Christy- not enough good things to say about her Clinic 360- very impressive and respectful and professional staff Drains- pain in the butt but not as bad as I thought they would be (didn’t faint emptying them) I have my post op tomorrow and will see for the first time what I look like under the bandages. My fingers r crossed that everything looks as good as I hope they do. Updated on 12 Dec 2017: Here are some 1 week post op pics. Hoping my breast swelling goes down soon...right now they are looking a bit square. Love the TT results.
Ask your surgeon about this. They should give a better answer because they know your situation. I would say it's okay at this point.
It's better to ask your surgeon, but I normally recommend that you sleep on your side and not stay on one side for too long.
Sleeping on your side is a good option, but you should flip over to the other side periodically through the night. Make sure to not be totally straight, but bent over a bit at the waist.
You can try a donut pillow, too. Most of the pressure will be on your thighs but it won't be as firm as the one you have now most likely.
Losing weight can be more difficult than gaining it, but you'll be pleased to know that because of the liposuction and moving the excess fat to your buttocks, the donor area won't be as large as you thought. You should really get 2 weeks off from work because you won't want to be sitting directly on your buttocks. Talk to your surgeon about this.
