I'm having multiple proceedures. I've seen several suggestions from RS members about using a walker for a couple of days post op from Tummy Tuck. I will also be getting lipo to my flanks and back rolls, and breast implants with a lift. Will a walker help me get up and get around, or will it hurt too much with the breast surgery?

Answer: Tummy tuck Early mobilization after cosmetic surgery is paramount to quicker recovery and preventing complications such as deep venous thrombosis. I encourage my patients to allow time for healing but also make daily progress towards complete healing. After healing I council all my patients on the importance of diet and proper exercise to maintain the results you have worked so hard for.
