My nipples after surgery are uneven and scarred. I got surgery in March 2018 I had been waiting for the surgery for at least 10 years. I researched doctors and went to several surgeons in the area before I decided on one. He had very good bedside manner and went over saline implants versus silicone implants, under the muscle versus over the muscle, and the main thing that I was worried about was scarring. Starting off I had a small B cup with what the surgeons were calling very mild tuberous breasts. My breasts were even and my nipples were even to begin with obviously my breasts were a little cone shaped with a small lower pole and my nipples were puffy, my main goal was to have larger breasts and hopefully have a more normal shape with very minimal scarring . During the preliminary process answering questions about my goals I made it very clear that I have had keloids in the past not from surgeries but from accidents I have been in and I wanted to talk about incision placement because of the potential to keloid. I work in the medical industry I know that normally if you’re prone to keloids it’s really hard to avoid them. I was assured that’s the way this surgeon does his incisions I will not have keloids. I did not get an option of where the incision goes I was told that he always goes for the areola but the way that he does it there is minimal scarring and since he goes on the inside of each nipple it’s not very noticeable. Everything went well with surgery the first follow-up the day after was fine the pain was pretty minimal, I did not use any of the painkillers prescribed and I was pretty happy ... The day came where the stitches were to come out and this is my last follow up. My breasts had started to settle and I noticed they are pretty even in size but I noticed that the incisions looked like they were performed by two different people, the one on the right breast was actually inside of the nipple border, and the one on the left breast was about a centimeter outside of the nipple border I had asked about this and I was told basically the way that they’re going to heal you won’t be able to tell so I left it alone . I asked if I needed to start using silicone tape or any scar cream and I was told that I could if I wanted to but it’s not necessary. I began using silicone tape after realizing that the scar around my right nipple was becoming a keloid in some areas and in other areas they were small dents that kind of blended into my nipple, and I tried scar tape on the left nipple as well however that incision is very far out from the one that’s on the right and it actually seems to of made my nipple on the left far bigger than the one on the right. I really don’t know if something happened during surgery that caused these incisions to be so drastically different but I’m not sure what to do any advice is extremely welcome here. I am wondering if I need to get scar revision surgery, if something entirely different needs to be done, I’ve looked into lasers I’m just really not sure what to do! The breast are underneath the muscles so they do look very strange when I flex my breasts but I was told that that can happen and I’m OK with that the only thing I’m very uncomfortable with is my nipple scarring and the drastic size difference in my nipples. The left nipple lost all sensation of that makes any difference in what is going on. Thank you.

I absolutely love my new body! December 2018 I had a tummy tuck and breast lift. I always had a 'baby pouch', even when I was in high school and weighed 20 pounds less. Now my stomach is flat and sleek, looks like I do major ab workouts!! I'm in my 50's and can't wait to wear a bikini this summer. I had a breast lift as I did not want to add to my breast size, but wanted youthful and perky breasts. I can now wear special occasion outfits with no bra, and look good even in my pajamas! My breasts were very saggy before and I would never consider ever going without a bra or support. It has been 2 months since my 'Mommy Makeover' which also included flank liposuction, and its one of the best decisions I have ever made. I did a lot of research before choosing Dr. Hause, and he is a first rate plastic surgeon and very professional.

Dr Hause is amazing! I had a mommy makeover in March 2018, turned out awesome.. everyone in the office are so nice and make you feel at ease.I just had a B A revision in November. (Boob greed is real)

This is my second time scheduling, I cancelled my last appointment due to not being able to make it. I’m super excited I’ll keep you updated on the progress.

Pre op is aug 20th with surgery the 28th. I did lots of research an decided to o it’s Dr. Hause based on reviews and how he made me feel during my consultation.

I’m very glad I went to dr Hause. He and his staff are amazing. I’m only one day post op and my results are so stunning I could cry. I’ll keep this post updated as I heal but I’m early on and already looking fantastic!

I am about a week post mm which included TT, BL, BA and lipo on flanks and stomach. Dr. Hause is very informative and knows his stuff! He doesn't sugar coat anything, he will tell you the truth and put your safety 1st! His sense of humor was personable and is very funny! I am recovering better than expected and I look great already. The staff is great and the Anesthesia guy Scott is very cool. The only reason i have 4 stars instead of five was because I called the emergency after hours phone number and out just rang off the hook. Luckily everything was good and i called the next morning and Alger Rio speak to someone right away.

I'm glad I picked Dr. Hause to do my breast lift and tummy tuck. I had an amazing experience from the day I talked to Tona to make an appointment. Everyone in his clinic were wonderful and professional. Dr Hause is an excellent surgeon as far as I'm concern.

My breast implants WERE TERRIBLE, they had the dreaded double bubble and were jus crap in general. Back story- I went to consult with Dr Hause before my first BA and ended up choosing another surgeon because my girlfriend got hers done and were amazing. little did I know what I did to myself! This other doctor ruined my breasts. :( I was so sad. I even went to see him and he told me that they were 90% good. look at the before pics and tell me they were 90% good! You know how you feel spending all that money and then being disappointed! I came back to dr hause and he listened to me and actually understood and saw the seriousness of my problem! He told me it was not even close to being resolved and that he could fix it with a bilateral pocket revision. FAST FORWARD to my surgery, he was amazing and when I woke up I was so happy. I was crying, shedding tears of happiness. You cannnot understand what magic hands he has. He is an artist and I am so thankful for Dr. Hause- I could not even explain it! Thank you, thank you, thank you for changing my life! I cannot say how much I appreciate you if I wanted to! Would recommend forever!

I had my surgery on August 3 2017.Dr Hause did my surgery on the same day as my friend,so we could experience it together.we waited our whole life for this.Dr Hause did an amazing job on my breast.His bedside manner was good and he answered all questions and concerns .All my friends and co workers asked me where I got my surgery done and I recomended Dr hause without any 2nd thoughts.Thank you Dr.Hause and your amazing staff.

I was referred to many Dr's & Dr. HAUSE was one of them. I was sure I wanted the procedure done but picking the right surgeon was most important. I saw 3 Dr's & Dr
Hause stood out above all. He was upfront with a great sense of humor. He went over everything in extreme detail & made my decision easy

Starting to feel like me :)

I am one month post op now and so happy I made this decision. I went with Dr Donald Hause of Sacramento . We decided on 375cc and 415 cc for the other one. (I had assume try). His office staff , the anesthesiologist and Dr Hause are amazing.
Everything went so easy, no nausea, just slight discomfort. I went back to work after 2 weeks. Best decision of my life!!!
