Can Botox fix my downturned eyes? (Photos)

We commonly use Botox/Dysport treatment to relax lateral canthal lines (i.e. crow's feet) and to open up the eyes. However, it is not used to upturn the corners of the eyes. I suspect only plastic surgery would be able to accomplish what you are looking for. I recommend you schedule a consultation with a plastic/oculoplastic surgeon. Honestly, I think you have pretty eyes and I would not try to alter them.

If you want the outer corners of your eyes to be upturned and higher like a "cat eye look" then only surgery will achieve that result. A consultation with an Oculoplastic surgeon, specializing in eyelids is advised to give you your best options.
