Answer: Changing eye shape with Botox The overall shape and angle of the eye is very difficult to change, even with surgery. Any drastic attempts to do so will likely result in an unnatural appearance. Botox can be used to affect the position of the brow, but not the shape of the eye. Fillers can be used to alter the shape of the structures around the eye, but again, won't really affect the shape or angle of the eye. All the best,

Answer: Botox: Eyes Dear valvaloves, Thank you for your question. It is difficult to make an accurate assessment and recommendations based on photographs alone. I recommend you seek a consultation with a facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon so they can discuss with you what treatment options are available to help improve the appearance of your eyes. We typically use Botox to not only improve crow's feet lines but also to help open the eyes and make them look less tired.

Answer: Botox treatment around the eyes We commonly use Botox/Dysport treatment to relax lateral canthal lines (i.e. crow's feet) and to open up the eyes. However, it is not used to upturn the corners of the eyes. I suspect only plastic surgery would be able to accomplish what you are looking for. I recommend you schedule a consultation with a plastic/oculoplastic surgeon. Honestly, I think you have pretty eyes and I would not try to alter them.

A consultation with an Oculoplastic surgeon, specializing in eyelids is advised to give you your best options.
