Thank you for your question. There are a variety of non-surgical treatment options to help you achieve the more feminine V-shaped face you are seeking. Neurotoxins such as Botox can help reduce the wrinkle lines in the upper third of your face and make the appearance of your eyes appear more youthful as well as can be injected in your masseter muscles to help narrow the lower third of your face. Filler injections can be performed to augment the volume in your cheeks and thus promote a V-shaped face. If you have skin laxity issues in the lower third of your face, there are both surgical and non-surgical treatments for improving this problem. Unfortunately it is difficult to make an assessment and recommendations based on photographs alone. best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  If you have masseteric hypertrophy, then botox injections into the masseter can help.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
