Planning to do gyno surgery wih entails removal of glands as liposuction to contour thr chest. The surgeon makes the cannula incision right below the chest and not on in the armpit or side of the chest. Their rationale is that is safer due to less nerves, easer to contour chest, and serves for better drainage. My concern is the unsightly cannula scars which would be under the chest/very upper abdomen. Is this the right approach? And what is the best way to ensure scars are to a minimum?
