Hello I am looking to get my glands removed. I am also wondering if the procedure would make my chest more aesthetic as well as decrease my areola size? With as limited scarring as possible I really don’t want anything to show on stage. Thank you.

Answer: Glands I would recommend liposuction and also direct subareolar gland removal. The liposuction will help contour the chest further. There is some element of excess fat as well that comes with gynecomastia unless it is one of the rare pure glandular issues.

Answer: Gland removal to improve areola size Gland removal will help to make your areolae and nipples appear less "puffy." This would not necessarily reduce the diameter of the areolae, though. To do this, an incision would need to be made circumferentially. This can be easily concealed at the border between the pigment changes and fades nicely over time.
