6 months post gynecomastia surgery. Is remaining curvature due to muscle? (photos)

Hi! I had Gynecomastia surgery about 6 months ago. Super happy over the results on the left side, but on the right side I seem to have some “pointiness” left, maybe some fat that should have been lipoed. My surgeon assured that all is good, and the remaining curvature is due to muscle. Does it seem that way? Thank you !
