I sought out Dr. Brower, based on his experience with plastic surgeries that receive less attention in Rhode Island. That and his impressive educational background , influenced my final decision. A blepharoplasty, abdominoplasty and lip lift were scheduled. Originally I was seeking out liposuction rather than a ‘tummy tuck’ but Dr. Brower was less in favor of ‘lipo’ due to the nature of my fat deposits. I’m not quoting verbatim (!) I was advised that the results could fall short of my expectations.This I researched and learned it was a possibility. Darn fat deposits! I was impressed with the doctor’s honesty and was the wiser for it. As I was waiting for my day of surgery for all three procedures -blepharoplasty, abdominoplasty & lip lift- other matters made it impossible to schedule a decent recovery time for the torso and eye operation, so with much regret I could only schedule the lift at that time. In the near future I plan to go forth with the others. The results achieved what I was looking for and recovery time did not interfere with other commitments. Between Dr. Brower’s skill, pineapple juice and Arnica, there was minimal swelling and no bruising. Importantly, nothing to keep me home-bound. There are techniques used in a lip lift that prevent side effects like slight widening of the nose and suturing methods done so the lift doesn’t drop after 4 months. None of this I even knew about at the time. Fortunately, the skill of my surgeon prevented any consequences. I highly recommend Dr. Brower.

I am very glad to be writing this review of Dr. Brower and his wonderful staff. As one can imagine, making the decision to have breast augmentation takes thought, with the hope for a positive experience. My experience was incredibly positive in every way starting with the moment I walked into Dr. Brower's beautiful office, to meeting Steph at the front desk and Gina, Dr. Brower's nurse and then meeting Dr. Brower himself. All of them treated me with dignity and respect; I felt comfortable being myself and welcomed their warm hospitality, in addition, our reciprocal light humor was a blessing. I couldn't be more happy with the result of my surgery and my entire experience. Thank you!

Wonderful experience - AGAIN. I recently had my second procedure with Dr. Brower. My first was an abdominoplasty a few years back and when I decided it was time for a breast augmentation and breast lift I had no hesitation on who I would go see. Through the journey Dr. Brower and his team are there around the clock to answer any questions/concerns - you never feel rushed, unheard or unimportant. They always make you feel very comfortable and their knowledge, care and attention to detail are top notch. With my goals and his expertise - my outcome was natural and perfect. My experience was nothing short of amazing with Dr Brower! Him and his nurse Gena made my experience as lovely and fun as it possibly could be, I was so nervous it was my first plastic surgery experience and I’m only 5 weeks post op so I haven’t seen my real results yet but even this early on I look better than before and already see that improvement even with the swelling! I already feel confident even on my swelling days I’m better than pre op. Lovely clean office too. Excellent staff warm and inviting

I had a lower face/neck lift in March of 2025. I am now almost 5 months post op. I am extremely happy with the results and I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Brower and his staff. Gena, his nurse is exceptional and Stephanie is warm and welcoming. Dr. Brower gave careful consideration to what I was looking for and suggested some things I hadn't considered for this procedure. The recovery was not painful or particularly difficult. I would strongly recommend this surgeon!

Dr. Brower and his team are Amazing! After having three kids and breastfeeding, my breast never went back to the 34C size that I was prior to having children. I was dealing with constant back pain and discomfort. I weigh 130 and 5'6. I was welcomed by Nurse Gena and Stephanie when I came into the office for my consultation. They made the whole process of scheduling and insurance go smoothly. Gena is such a wonderful Nurse and made me feel so comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Brower is AMAZING! He has such a great personality and goes over everything about what to expect during surgery. If you are looking for an EXCEPTIONAL surgeon, look no further! I am writing this just after my one year of having surgery! I had implants in the past and had them removed thinking I had breast implant illness. I really wanted them back in but was nervous. I figured if I found the right doctor I would have them back in. Dr Brower came highly recommended. I met with him and he made me feel extremely comfortable and confident to get them again. He knew I was nervous with size and he was wonderful recommending what would look best on me. The front staff themself were amazing. I never received short of amazing care and loved going in there to see them. I promise you will not be disappointed going to see Dr Brower and his staff. Highly highly recommend

Dr. Brower really is a gifted surgeon. I had a complex abdominoplasty with umbilical hernia repair and lipo and I’m so happy I chose Dr. Brower for my surgery. He is truly compassionate about his patients and his craft. He and his nurse, Gena, are some of the best medical professionals I’ve ever encountered. They are both so kind and caring, and have been with me every single step of the way during this journey. Not only am I thrilled with my physical appearance after surgery, but I feel so much better about myself in all aspects.
