Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You likely do not have enough fat for a formal BBL, however you can consider Sculptra injections. I hope this helps.
Thank you for your question and pictures. you are a good candidate for a liposuction with BBL. If you're willing to travel, Surgeons in the Dominican Republic have experience and very high standard of excellence when it comes to plastic surgery. I'm positive you can get what you're looking for
Thanks for your question. From your pictures, you seem to be a good candidate for a Skinny BBL. The BBL includes 360 lipo, which is lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, the upper and lower back and the flanks. In addition, if you do not have enough fat in these areas, liposuction can be performed in many other areas of the body for fat transfer to the buttocks, such as the upper arms and chin. Depending on your desired results, you may be asked to gain some weight. I recommend you schedule a consult for a proper evaluation. Make sure your surgeon you choose has extensive experience with Skinny BBLs and clean credentials. Always consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Take care, Moises Salama MD, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
Dear Sensible737201,based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Dear Sensible737201, Thanks for sharing your pictures, you look like a great candidate for Lipo and BBL. Make sure you go on consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Hope this helps and best of lucks. Dr. Luis Mejia.
Thanks for the question. In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour. Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).Kind regards
you have enough of abdominal fat for butt lift. If required fat can also be harvested from your thigh region.
Not really.... I offer in cases like yours a "Composite BBL". That is a combination of lipo of about 500-800 cc's with a mixture of Sculptra/Radeisse in about 200 to 400 mixed cc;'s. Fees in the $12,000-$20,000 ranges.
First of all I personally do not recommend anybody gain weight for the purpose of having a fat transfer procedure.Patients with a low BMI instead need to have more areas treated with Liposuction in order to get a good fat transfer procedure. typically the most common combination is liposuction of the abdomen love handles and waist with a BBL. Personally I like to treat the entire torso and so I also include the full back and under arm area. If that is not sufficient then I typically also harvest fat from the arms or lower extremities. most commonly we do not remove fat from the outer thigh but the front of the thigh, inner thigh and back of the thigh all can serve as excellent sources to harvest fat.In the end it may still be slightly shy for an ideal BBL but that should give it enough fat to give a nice result. The decision to have your entire body treated with Liposuction should not be taken lightly. Simply the number of skin incisions involved with treating that many areas is substantial. If the liposuction is done by someone who is technically very good at liposuction then each area will look in approved from the liposuction part of the procedure but the opposite is also true.If you choose the provider who isn’t skilled at liposuction than every area treated can end up looking disfigured with undesirable secondary Liposuction results.Whether it’s worth having that many areas treated with Liposuction for a modest BBL outcome is some thing that varies greatly from person to person and to some degree doctors vary on this as well.I don’t think this should ever be asked as a yes or no question because the answer is never simply yes or no. The true answer is much more complex and depends on what the person is trying to achieve and what they’re willing to go through.A good argument could be said that you have a very attractive body and leaving it good enough alone is perhaps the smartest way to proceed.I would have no problem encouraging you to except your body the way it is and talk you out of having a BBL but at the same time I’ve had numerous low BMI patients be very happy with fat transfer work even though it may have required a little more involved Liposuction treatment.By far the most important variable is who does the procedure and this is key for not only getting good results but in helping you through the decision making process.Making an assessment and how much fat can be harvested from each body area can be difficult enough even with an examination so it’s even more challenging simply looking at pictures. When given access to the full Torso and all four extremities it’s seriously possible to harvest a substantial amount of fat certainly enough to give a very nice result. My best recommendation would be to move forward with a bit of caution and when in doubt take your time schedule more consultations rather than jumping on board with the first one who says they’ll do it.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
Hello, and thanks for your question. I would recommend gaining 10-15 pounds so that more fat could be extracted and placed in the buttock. You may not have a noticeable result if you went through with surgery at your current weight. However, the pictures do not show the amount of fat in your thighs, which may help your case. The best thing to do is to see a surgeon in person and get their opinion. Please see a board-certified physician for your consultation. Best of luck to you! Thank you for your question. my advice is to visit a hematologist to check your CBC and make sure you are in optimal conditions before the procedure. Respectfully, Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-
Thank you for your question. I perform many BBL & tummy tuck combo procedures at my practice. But, if you're considering having the procedures done individually, then it makes sense to do the tummy tuck first. Then 4-5 months later, a BBL can be performed. The reason being that if you have...
