You have got a very nice result from tummy tuck . Regarding about your concern, the color of scar is very normal. Scar is getting matured. Redness will go away with time. You have to wait for about a year to get final settled scar.

I’m 6 mo the post op after having TT, muscle repair and lipo to I will attach before images Happy enough, even though there is swelling BUT the scar is still very red and EXTREMELY obvious round my BB. Compression garments are used to give a shape and at the same time reduce complications like seroma formation in liposuction area. Normally we advise patient to use compression garment for 1 months after liposuction .

Hi! I'm scheduled for a breast fat transfer next month. I am slender (5'6", 116 pounds), but the plastic surgeon thought he could harvest enough fat from my inner and outer thighs for the transfer to breast. The thing that surprised me was he said I won't need to wear compression on my thighs after the liposuction procedure. He said the seams from compression garments can cause indents or irregularities. Is this unusual advice or pretty typical? I had expected compression.

Your tummy don't seems to have much of sagging skin. So, I think only liposuction can help your problem to much extent.

Thank you for your question. Basically your Nipple areola is attached to tissue below your skin and there is crater deformity to some extent. It is a common complication after gynecomastia surgery. Revision surgery can be done to treat your problem. Multiple option might be possible. Through small incision ,the attachment can be released and fat graft can be done. Or tissue around can be mobilized to obliterate the crater deformity.

Hi! I had gynecomastia surgery 6yrs ago and immediately had some divots and uneven contouring. Your skin quality looks good and you don't have much of sagging skin in abdomen. Liposuction is a good open for you. Liposuction will help you contour your tummy and arms.

I’m a 43 year old mother of one. I had my child in my mid-20s, and gained 25 pounds with the pregnancy. Liposuction is not a weight loss procedure. Liposuction only help to remove the fat which are resistant to dieting and exercise in certain part of the body. You should first try dieting and exercise to reduce the weight. Then the resistant fat in some part of the body can be removed with liposuction.

If you are looking for alternative to breast implant. Fat transfer is the best option for you. Fat can be transferred to smaller breast to match other breast. The only this is that, fat are unpredictable. The absorption of fat varies from patient to patient and also among 2 sides of the breast. So, your problem can be corrected but in some cases you might need next session of fat transfer.

I have always had slightly asymmetrical breasts but since breastfeeding it has become much more pronounced as one of my children would only nurse on one side. I do not want implants and wonder if fat transfer could make the right breast larger so that the cleavage line is the same as the left breast. Can you increase the "breast pocket" size with BFT? Also, the left breast has a dent in it that I wonder if fat can correct as well. Ultimately I want my breasts to look the same...

When fat is transferred from one part of the body to other part of body they don't have blood supply. So if you put small amount of fat,it will receive nutrition from surrounding cells.But ,if we transfer big volume of fat at same place,the fat cells lying on the center or away from the normal surrounding tissue will be deprived of nutrition and might die. That is the reason ,we can't inject high volume of fat at one sitting.

Hello, I’m hoping someone could answer my question since I didn’t find anything online. I am 26yo and did fat grafting to my face, I only notice very minimal changes and even right after the surgery my face was looking almost normal (there was swelling in the next days though). The surgeoun told me that he could not put a lot of fat and that it would be better to come for a second round. Im just wondering why that is

Why can't more fat be transferred in a single surgery?

The whole point you went for cosmetic surgery was for aesthetic reason. If this bump is creating you problem you can have it removed. Its very minor problem, your surgeon can get it removed under local anesthesia in 2-3 min time.

Botox will definitely help to reduce your forehead and peri-orbital wrinkles. You might need little higher dose but it will work for sure.
