Is BBL without tummy tuck after extreme weight loss a bad idea? (photos)

Thank you for your question. I perform many BBL & tummy tuck combo procedures at my practice. But, if you're considering having the procedures done individually, then it makes sense to do the tummy tuck first. Then 4-5 months later, a BBL can be performed. The reason being that if you have significant excess skin and you get liposuction in that area, the area will look wrinkled, scarred, and irregular. Also doing significant liposuction on the abdomen and then having a tummy tuck later can predispose you to wound healing complications after the tummy tuck.
