In your expert opinion, if the following random 57 yo female came to you for a consult and complained of, in order of greatest concern: 1) Saggy rear end 2) Saggy upper mid back with folds 3) Abdomen saggy and pooching out 4) Saggy breasts (Maybe?) Furthermore, this random individual expressly stated that she is opposed to implants of any kind...What body rejuvenation procedures would you recommend?

Answer: “Body rejuvenation” without implants. In this case, about the only area i see that can be significantly enhanced is your mid/upper back with a brastraplasty. All the loose skin of your back is removed horizontally leaving behind a scar hidden underneath the bra strap. A secondary benefit is improved definition of the flanks and waistline. Glad to help.

Answer: Body rejuvenation recommendations? (Photo) Hi. I would recommend you a Tummy Tuck plus Liposculpture and BBL, also an eliptical resection on the lower gluteous crease to remove excessive skin. But you should know that the skin in your back is only going to improve but will not be corrected completely, this to avoid a procedure that will leave you a scar in the upper back (upper body lift).
