Thank you for your question regarding what to do with your arms and thighs to remove excess skin and fat. The only definitive way to remove excess skin is with a surgical incision. To treat your arms, I would suggest a brachioplasty. A brachioplasty is an arms reduction, which combines arm liposuction and typically an incision from the armpit to the elbow. If the forearms bother you sometimes, an incision is extended from the elbow down the elbow to the forearm to take care of excess forearm skin. To address the thighs. I would suggest thigh liposuction and a thigh reduction. During a thigh reduction, typically, an incision is made from the groin to the knee, and a larger elliptical fat area is removed. I would not suggest combing the arms and thigh surgery because the recovery is extremely difficult. I suggest you perform the thigh surgery first and then approximately 1-2 months later have the arm surgery. Good luck.
