Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. You can certainly get great benefit from Lipo 360 and a BBL. Depends on your health history as well. Sorry I am in NYC and do not know cost in your area.

Liposuction 360 and buttock augmentation with fat is still possible for improvements to your trunk and buttock. The main limitation would be that your skin may not bounce back as much as a younger patient since liposuction removes fat, but not skin.
