A cup desiring D cup, Is 495 cc going to make me look too top-heavy? (Photos)

I’m starting off as a 32A I really would like to have a full chest. I went to my surgeon initially wanting a large C cup but once I saw the 3-D Vectra I got boob greed and wanted a D cup. My mind is now set on a small D cup!  the vectra 3D pictures look really good. I also don’t want “[RS bleep] star” boobies either. Really would like to find the right amount that’s not overdoing it for my body but also gives me the desired fullness I want.
