I have a lot of pain in my left breast when I stand up and walk. When I lay down they don’t hurt. I noticed the bottom of my left breast isn’t round at the bottom it goes straight down. I know it’s early it’s only the third day after my surgery but is it possible this could be permanent? What caused this? I’m really afraid of it staying like this. I have Saline implants under the muscle 480 on one breast and 520 on another which I don’t know which is which because I wasn’t told

You are best to run your concerns past your PS. You seem to have developed a rash that needs to be examined in person. The back pain etc may be related to positioning during surgery but best to be checked out by your PS.
