Nexplanon birth control implant: should I schedule with my doctor to have it removed prior to my BA surgery?

I am scheduled to have my breast augmentation surgery in May. I currently have the Nexplanon Birth Control implant in my arm. Should I schedule with my doctor to have it removed prior to my surgery, or can I leave it in?
