How to correct wide harsh dorsal aesthetic lines in revision rhinoplasty?

I've had a rhinoplasty about a year ago and I'm unhappy with the way my nose looks in photos. I have these harsh dorsal aesthetic lines and I wish my nose were narrower. What would be done to correct this in a revision rhinoplasty?

Hello! It is impossible to give specific advice without knowing what was done and seeing photos. Irregularities of bone or cartilage can occur after rhinoplasty and can be masked with subcision, filler injection or revision with temporalis or cartilage grafting to disguise. Truly wide nasal bones require osteotomies, but there are limits to how narrow the nasal pyramid can be and still support adequate function.
