What could be done to reduce my radix or deepen the radix as I feel like I have a very steep bridge? (Photo)

I had a rhinoplasty over a year ago now. It was made a lot more proportionate to my small featured face but I still feel it’s disproportionate to my forehead. I’m surprised my surgeon didn’t really do anything. Would it be possible to deepen the radix at the top of the bridge of my nose?
