What could be done to reduce my radix or deepen the radix as I feel like I have a very steep bridge? (Photo)

Reduction of the nasal bridge at the radix is possible and made easier by using ultrasonic instrumentation in rhinoplasty.

When the radix projection decreases, it appears that the tip projection has increased. It also appears that the vertical dimensions of the nose have decreased which can be a beneficial aesthetic effect.
You already have a nice result based on the photograph you have submitted, so it is wise to think and plan carefully before committing to further changes.

A consultation using computer imaging and simulation in 2D or 3D will help you to evaluate whether reduction in projection of the radix gives you a better aesthetic balance or whether you feel you are better off with the shape you already have.
You also need to bear in mind that the outcome of surgery is never identical to computer simulations.

Deepening the radix is more challenging than lower the dorsum because the bone is quite thick and so near to the forehead.   However, with a combination of carefully filing down the bone in that area and thinning the soft tissue a high radix can be improved.   It can only be propert done with an open rhinoplasty approach but the rest of the nose could be left unchanged.
