So I recently asked if a septoplasty would straighten my nose (but it was hard to determine without photos). Two years ago I got a rhinoplasty and I love how it fits my face but I have a deviated septum and my nose kinda leans to the left. (It also leaves my nostrils slightly uneven. I have current pictures of how my nose now looks and how I would like it to look). Is it achievable?
