I’m having trouble breathing and looking to get an alar batten graft. I just want to know if I should expect much change in appearance? Will my nose look fuller or much different from what it is now?

My recommendation is to use autologous material. I don't know about Belladerm in the nose. But, I do know about deep temporals fascia on the dorsum. This is my recommendation.
