What is the best treatment for cannula track marks? (photo)

In my opinion you need a revision with skin release, smoothing lipo with possibly fat injection to certain depression areas.
My recommendations are just my comments depending on your sole photo and are not definite, you need a face-to-face consultation with a plastic surgeon.

As others have mentioned, there seems to be some residual submental fat that needs to be removed. I would recommend returning back to the physician who did your initial liposuction procedure. You may also have some scar tissue that will need to be addressed. These bands can be addressed with radio frequency. We offer Forma treatments here in our office and this can soften and even out those bands of scar tissue after the revision liposuction. Forma uses radio-frequency to remodel the subnormal layers of the skin. In Forma-facials this softens fine, lines and wrinkles but as a post surgical treatment has been a great tool to help reduce and soften subdermal tissue thickening by restructuring the deeper layers of tissue and stimulating collagen-synthesis. There needs to be some revision liposuction as fat was left behind in areas and the scar tethered the incision to bring that fat out more. Then you need to go back after a few weeks and hopefully its fixed and if not you will need some fat grafting.
