My chin lipo gave me a little bit of sagging and not good contouring under the chin. Feels tight. Can this retract or should I consider other options. 30cc fat were removed. I am 1 month post op and 24 years old.

At your age, it seems you would have sufficient skin elasticity to see the dermis conform over the new facial contour. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your result, a non-surgical method of skin tightening like Ulthera or Thermage might produce the finishing touches you want. Make sure you work with a board-certified dermatologist with extensive experience in facial contouring to ensure the best possible outcome. Good luck!

Answer: Sagging skin after lipo Often going back in to perform simple "dry lipo" where the layer of scar is broken down and a new surface is created can be the way to go. There is also some fat that needs to be removed. Hope that helps!
