Help! Has anyone seen something like this or know what might help swelling on nose? (Photo)

Question

I have a small swollen spot on my nose since January. It’s about 5mm circular diameter. It feels smooth and does not hurt, itch or cause any discomfort. I have used tretinoin 0.05, gotten a hydro facial, had a medium depth peel and had 3 dermatologist look at it. All derms unsure but 1 gave me cloderm 0.1% twice daily 2 weeks, off a week and then use another week. No improvement. I saw her back and she had her partner look at it. Due to f/u again. Derm considering injecting a steroid. Thoughts!!

Of course the pictures are not adequate but it actually looks like a possible intradermal nevus. See    a plastic surgeon for another opinion. I would not recommend the steroid injection because the potential complications could be permanent and worse in the tip of the nose, unless a very low dose.

It is unclear what the nose bump is.Perhaps a small cyst, sebum or scar tissue?5fu and kenalogue injection into scar tissue may help it flatten.Best. Dr Brecht
