I had one treatment of Hydrafacial and wasnt very impressed. I have a type of skin that gets clogged very fast. I can be squeezing the pores all day and the oil that comes out is never ending and I feel that my skins needs a deep cleaning everyday. Even if I dont get any pimple and use products like Salicylic Acid, if I squeeze there will be oil coming out. I also have enlarged pores. How often should I get Hydrafacial?
Ive had 3 lots of restylane vital injections under my eyes to try and help dark circles. Unfortunately it hasnt had the effect Id hoped for and Ive got areas under both eyes where there is a raised area (not a solid lump just raised). The dr suggested trying hydra facial . But after reading about this Im not sure how this will help and it says any effects only last about a week and its something you seem to need monthly to maintain the results. Can anyone give me advise on this?
I have had moderate acne my whole life, I placed an appointment on Wednesday before I go out of town on a Friday. I dont want to look blotchy, red, have dry skin for the weekend, etc... also have a spray tan on Thursday night. Is the Hydrafacial going to dry my oily 26 year old skin out too much? Is it going to leave my skin blotchy or unappealing looking? These are things I dont want... I have had a light chemical peel before and those usual doesnt cause too much dryness
I've tried the hydrafacial in the past and had some kind of allergic reaction to the treatment. I'm wondering what else I can try to deliver similar results that would help my sensitive acne/rosacea-prone skin before a special event this summer.
Is it good/necessary to rotate Hydrafacial, Venus Viva, Skinpen, Chemical peel, Clear Brilliant monthly to maintenance good skin? I tried all of them and I didn't have any problems with any treatments. I also use good skincare products and retinol 1% three times per week. I had bad adult acne but it's controlled by birth control pills now. I have family melasma history.
