The HydraFacial treatment is a very safe procedure. You should not have had this kind of reaction from this device. I would recommend consulting with your provider. I hope this helps. Best of luck!

Sorry that you have this reaction from this treatment .  However, I agree that this cannot and should not happen from this treatment because it is impossible.  The hydra facial hand pieces cannot  create this kind of depression and the chemical for the peels are mild and cannot and should not create this.  This has to be from something else, but I dont know what.   What i see are acne depression scars on your photos, but I cannot be certain without examination of course. This treatment is safe and reproducible for all skin types.  I am wondering if you had other treatments as well like Fractionated lasers or something else.  Sorry I know this probably does not help too much but I would need more information.  

The HydraFacial procedure cannot produce the divets you show.  Perhaps you are having a little swelling reaction to one of the infused ingredients that is accentuating (transiently) irregularities in your cheek skin surface.  The technician should have taken a "before photo" of your treatment area.  Ask her/him to show you it.  Sometimes people scrutinize their treated area more AFTER a procedure than before, and therefore can think something is new that has, in fact, been present awhile.
Consider gently rinsing your face with distilled water and applying a cool pack, then reassess.
If, in fact, these "divets" are bothersome to you, consider having future treatments in a physician's office that has HydraFacial MD, their elite machine.  We physicians have access to more potent serums, chemical peels,  and a diamond-tip microdermabrasion for the machine that spas do not have access to.  Such measures can smooth our the skin irregularities.
