Can I get a refund for prepaid esthetician services not used?

Question

I prepaid for 12 Hydrafacials in 06/17 and had 3 so far. The remaining 9 expire 06/18. I prepaid for 3 Vampire Facials had 2 so far.The remaining expire 06/18. I have changed my mind about receiving these services and I would like a refund. Are there any laws preventing me from asking for a full refund? I live in the state of California if that helps. I don't remember signing any contracts. Even if I did, am I allowed to change my mind? Thank you for any help and or advice you can provide!

We offer hydra facials and PRP Facials but don't do long term packages for this exact reason. Sometimes schedules don't work out and you, the client might change their mind about the procedures as well. I'd advise you call the office manager and inquire about the refund and then reach a reasonable compromise. Often time with packages you received those first few at a reduced price so don't expect a full refund but any good place should work with you on it. I would try.

Thank you for your question. Refunds are dependent entirely upon the office's policies. If they have not expired yet, it is possible you could speak with the office manager to inquire about a refund. Note that you may not receive a full refund especially if the treatments were discounted when sold as a package. The sale price may not be applicable when the package is divided. Good luck!
