Can I smoke 24 hours after lip injection? Juvederm (Photo)

I had gotten injected with 1.5 ml of Juvederm Ultra Plus XC yesterday and I wanted to know if it is safe to smoke a weed blunt. Will the “ o “ shape I have to make with my lips affect the placement of the filler ? It has already been 24 hours.

It is very normal to have significant swelling of the lips after having filler injected.  The lips are very vascular, and as a result, swell considerably after being injected.  Swelling is asymmetric, and so it is not uncommon to look much more asymmetric while the swelling is present....

Hi and thank you for your question. You may still have swelling, which can take up to 2 weeks to resolve. From your pictures, its tough to see the unevenness you describe. I would go back to your injector at 2 weeks and have him or her check it out. I hope this helps.
